Creating Cascading Drop-downs

In Chapter 25 you saw how to create cascading drop-down fields on an out-of-the-box list form by using jQuery. For instance, when a user selected a particular country in the first drop-down field selection then only the states relevant to the selected country were shown in the second drop-down field. The jQuery option provided a solution for those without access to InfoPath Forms Services in SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise edition, such as those using SharePoint Foundation 2010.
