Applying Inline Editing to DFWPs
Just as you can add inline editing to XLVs, you can also add inline editing to DFWPs. However, the process is slightly different and inline editing in DFWPs does not provide the same rich user interface as in XLVs. In this section you learn how you can apply a similar look and feel to inline editing in DFWPs to that of XLVs, including adding the save and edit icons. Also, you find out how to check the data types when working between a SQL database and a DFWP and how to correct incompatible data types. Perform the following steps to learn how to modify inline editing in DFWPs and modify data types.
