Adding the DocIcon Image to DFWPs

When you add document libraries to DFWPs, the DocIcon normally seen in the Type field in document libraries does not display. In order to display the DocIcon in document library DFWPs you need to correct the DocIcon formatting. Perform the following steps to include the DocIcon in DFWP document libraries.

Note

The following exercise assumes that your site includes a Shared Documents document library that includes at least one Word document. If it does not then you should create one and upload a Word document before continuing the following exercise.
