Creating a New Item DFWP for the Training List
In SharePoint 2010 you have the added advantage of including asynchronous behavior in forms and views. So, what does this mean? Well, basically, when adding content to a list on a page, rather than having to refresh the entire page to view any data updates to the list, updates automatically appear with minimal interruption to the user.
In this section, you learn how to take advantage of asynchronous behavior when working with XLVs and DFWPs. You use the options available in the Data Views and Forms group in the SharePoint Designer ribbon to add new DFWPs specific to lists.
