Site Collection XSLT Files
XSLT is responsible for rendering Web part data, including data filtered and presented in the Content Query Web Part (CQWP) and Table of Contents (TOC) Web Part. There are several out-of-the-box XSLT files that are deployed to the Style Library in the root of each site collection in SharePoint Server 2010, including
• ContentQueryMain.xsl (related to CQWP)
• Header.xsl (related to CQWP)
• ItemStyle.xsl (related to CQWP)
• LevelStyle.xsl (related to CQWP)
• Rss.xsl (related to RSS Web Part)
• SummaryLinkMain.xsl (related to the Summary Links Web Part)
• TableOfContentsMain.xsl (related to the TOC Web Part)
