Formatting Pictures
Selecting an image invokes the ribbon’s Picture Tools (Format) tab, as shown in Figure 14.9. The Picture Tools tab includes options for formatting images, such as brightness, color, crop, rotation, and other options. The Resample command in the Adjust group enables you to resample, or smooth the image following resizing using the dimension settings in the Size group.

Note that clicking on the Bevel, Grayscale, or Wash Out options in the ribbon’s Effect group does not toggle the effect. To undo any of those effects, click the Restore command ...
