Pasting Content into Pages

Often users copy and paste content directly from a Word document into a SharePoint page. The formatting from Word is also carried across and that can conflict with the styles already on the SharePoint page. If you are working with publishing pages you have greater control over textual formatting and styles.

SharePoint 2010 includes several options for pasting content into pages.
