Creating the list
We will create a list called SiteRequestLog that can be used to log all of the site requests with the configuration data along with the approval status.
At this point in the book we have created a number of list definitions and instances in Visual Studio. I believe this task should be well understood by this point, so I will not go into the step-by-step process for this solution.
