Chapter 20. Common Item Techniques

Earlier chapters in this section have covered many basic techniques for working with Outlook items—creating them, finding them, manipulating text in item bodies, dealing with attachments, adding and removing recipients, and so on. This chapter rounds out your Outlook item skills with some techniques that are common to all Outlook items and some that are specific to messages, contacts, and other individual item types.
