Chapter 5. Introducing Form Regions

Form regions arrive in Outlook 2007 as a new way to change the appearance of Outlook items and give them additional features. Most of the time, professional developers will combine form regions with Outlook add-ins to integrate their applications with the Outlook platform. However, form regions can also add functionality even when an add-in is not involved.
