Creating a Recovery Services vault

Take the following steps to create a Recovery Services vault:

1. Navigate to the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com) and sign in.
2. In the Azure Portal, type Recovery Services in the Search resources search field and select Recovery Services vaults.
3. On the Recovery services vaults menu, click Add.

4. In the Recovery Services vaults blade, provide a Name for the vault:

5. In the Subscription field, select the subscription or choose from the drop down if you have multiple subscriptions.
