Failback Hyper-V VM(s) from Azure to on-premises site

After you re-protect Hyper-V VM(s), you can use a planned failover to failback the machine(s) from Azure to the primary on-premises site. To do this, you will need to follow the same steps (1 - 12) above. However, note the following important steps:

  • For step 4, run a Planned Failover
  • For step 5, the direction of the job would be from Azure to your on-premises site
