Adding the Update management solution to OMS Log Analytics workspace

Adding the Update management solution to the OMS Log Analytics workspace requires you to have an Azure Automation account. You can either install this solution from the OMS portal, or you could deploy the solution as part of the Automation and Control offering in the Azure portal:

Navigate to your OMS portal at https://www.mms.microsoft.com in your browser and sign in.
While in the OMS portal, click on the Solutions Gallery and click the Automation & Control offering under solution offers.

Click Configure Workspace to configure an automation account:
