Configure outbound network connectivity

ASR does not support the use of authentication proxies for network connectivity control. Additionally, if you control outbound network connectivity with firewall proxies, you will need to allow access to various URLs that are used by ASR:

URL	Purpose
Login.microsoftonline.com	This provides authentication and authorization to ASR service URLs.
`*.blob.core.windows.net`	This allows data to be written to the cache storage account in the source region from the VM.
`*servicebus.windows.net`	This allows the VM to write diagnostics and ASR monitoring data.
`*.hypervrecoverymanager.windowsazure.com`	This allows the VM to communicate with the ASR service.
