Reviewing Security and Audit data with Log Search

Perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the OMS Portal (https://www.mms.microsoft.com.) and sign in.
  2. Click on the Search icon   to navigate to the Log Search page.
  3. In the Log Search page, type the following query in the search field to return all collected data in your Log Analytics workspace and list the various data types indexed for your workspace:
search *| summarize by Type| sort by Type
