To distribute notes, you can print them, email them, and save them in many common file formats, including PDF, XPS, and MHT.

Moreover, Microsoft OneNote 2010 offers a special file format—the OneNote Package format—for transferring a notebook from one computer to another. Rather than meticulously copying all the section files that make up a notebook, you can save your notebook as a OneNote 2010 Package file and then simply open this file on the other computer.
