Opening Another OneNote Window

Open another OneNote window when you want to examine notes on different pages and be able to jump back and forth between the pages. To open another window, click the New Window button on the View tab or press Ctrl+M. OneNote also offers the New Docked Window button on the View tab to open another window and dock it to the desktop.

To switch between open OneNote windows, click the OneNote button on the Windows taskbar, and on the pop-up menu, choose a page name. You can also press Alt+Tab and choose a window in the dialog box that appears.
