Formatting Text with the Styles Gallery
On the Home tab, the Styles gallery makes it easy to format text. Click a paragraph and choose a style from the gallery to instantly format all the text in the paragraph. The Styles gallery offers heading styles, as well as styles for normal text, page titles, citations, and quotes.
To apply a style, choose a style from the Styles gallery on the Home tab (or press a keyboard shortcut).
