2.5. Using the Ribbon Menu for More Advanced Formatting

Our working example PivotTable is looking pretty good now, but it's worth exploring the top-level Ribbon menu context tabs to add some further structure and color. This is a fairly important point—many people that work with Business Intelligence tools stop at a functional point of design and never finish the qualitative aspects of the presentation. Office 2007 gives us the ability to create professional-looking PivotTables, so why not go the extra distance—which in this case may make the difference in how the customer perceives the overall value of the phone plan?
