Transferring Styles and Macros

If you have a template that contains styles and macros and you’d like to use those elements in another template, you can copy them quickly and easily using Word’s Organizer.

Transfer Items

1. Open a document (or start a new document) based on the template into which you want to copy items from another template.

2. On the View tab, click the Macros button, and, in the Macros dialog box that appears, click the Organizer button to display the Organizer dialog box.
