Creating a Custom Table of Contents

You can create a standard table of contents with just a click of the mouse. However, if you don’t want all the styles of a certain outline level included; or if you want to base the table on styles to which you haven’t assigned outline levels; or if you want to change the number of sublevels you’ve used in the outline, you can easily create a custom table of contents.
