Standardizing the Formatting
A document can quickly develop a chaotic look when you apply various types of direct formatting to your text. Word provides several tools that can help you keep track of the formatting, that can indicate where small but significant changes to the formatting exist, and that can allow you to quickly change one style or type of formatting to another.
