Using Only the Keyboard

If you prefer to keep your hands on the keyboard instead of using the mouse, you can do almost everything using Word’s keyboard shortcuts. By activating the command tabs and the Ribbon, you can use the displayed keys to navigate and to execute commands and activities. There are also many keyboard shortcuts you can use to execute some of the most common commands and activities.
