Customizing a Menu To add a command to a menu

  1. In the Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab, and then in the Categories list, click the name of the toolbar on which the command is located.

  2. Scroll down in the Commands list, click the command you want to add, and then drag it to the menu without releasing the mouse button.

  3. When the menu opens, drag to position the insertion bar to the location on the menu where you want to place the command, and then release the mouse button to lock this position.

  4. Click the menu to close it.

  5. In the Customize dialog box, click Close.
