  1. Open a meeting request, or open an appointment and on the Standard toolbar, click Invite Attendees.

  2. Click the Meeting Workspace button, and in the Meeting Workspace task pane, click Change Settings if desired.

  3. Click Create.

  1. Open the meeting for which the workspace was created.

  2. In the Meeting Workspace task pane, click Go to workspace, or in the body of the meeting request, click the name of the workspace.
