Creating and Assigning Document Tasks To fill out an InfoPath form

  1. In the Fill Out a Form task pane, click More Forms.

  2. In the Forms dialog box, click the tab you want, click the form you want, and then click OK.

  3. Enter information into the form as needed.

  4. On the File menu, click Close.

  5. When prompted to save the file, click Yes.

  6. Browse to the location where you want to save the form, in the File name box, type a name, and click Save.

Starting a Discussion in a Workspace To update a completed form

  1. In the Fill Out a Form task pane, under Open a form, click On My Computer.

  2. Browse to the location where the form is saved, click the file you want, and then click Open.

  3. Edit the information in form as needed.
