Labeling Appointments with Color

To make important appointments stand out in your Calendar, you can color-code appointments and events, choosing from one of ten preset labels such as Important, Business, Personal, Vacation, Travel Required, and Phone Call, or editing the options to suit your needs. You can also mark an appointment as private. Private appointments appear in your Calendar, but the details are hidden from others.

In this exercise, you will change an appointment label and then learn how to change the preset labels.
