Rearranging a Presentation

After you have created several slides, whether by adding them and entering text or by inserting them from another presentation, you might need to rearrange the order of your slides to make them most effectively communicate your message. Rearranging a presentation is best done in Slide Sorter view, where you can drag slides from one location to another.

In this exercise, you’ll rearrange slides in Slide Sorter view.

USE the OrderSlides presentation in the practice file folder for this topic. This practice file is located in the My Documents\Microsoft Press\Office 2003 SBS\WorkingSlide\Rearranging folder and can also be accessed by clicking Start/All Programs/Microsoft Press/Microsoft Office System 2003 Step by Step.
