Using PWA

Although only the project manager (and maybe a resource manager and a portfolio manager) uses Microsoft Office Project Professional, all resources needing access to project information use PWA to some extent. Team members use PWA to see the tasks they have been assigned, and project managers and resource managers use it to approve actual work reported on the assigned tasks. Team members and project managers communicate about a project's issues and risks and use it to store, review, and revise project documents.
