Formatting and spacing paragraphs

It can be tempting to focus a lot of your design energy on fancy things like the title and heading of your document, the pictures you include, and the charts and diagrams you place. But, paying careful attention to the way your paragraphs are formatted goes a long way toward making the document easier to read, which means your readers will be more likely to stick with you until the final page. When you apply formats to your paragraphs, you can choose the way the text is aligned, change the spacing before and after paragraphs, adjust the line spacing, and create special indents.
