Importing Contacts from Access

Suppose that you’ve collected and stored contacts in an Access 2007 database, but you now want to use them in Outlook 2007. You can simply import the data to Outlook 2007 by using the Import And Export Wizard. During the import process, Outlook 2007 can see whether duplicate entries are being added to your contacts list and can then create, ignore, or replace them.
