Jim Boyce has been a freelance author and consultant for almost 20 years, and has authored and co-authored over 50 books on computer operating systems, hardware, and applications. Jim has written about a wide range of technology topics such as Windows and UNIX operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, PC upgrade and maintenance, and Visual Basic programming.
