Customizing the Navigation Pane
The Navigation Pane includes icons you click to quickly open an Outlook folder. You can customize the Navigation Pane in several ways, such as by turning it off when you want more room to see items in Outlook or by adding a shortcut group to the icons displayed in the bar.
Show or Hide the Navigation Pane
Click the Minimize the Navigation Pane button.
The Navigation Pane minimizes.
Click the Expand the Navigation Pane ...
