Importing and Exporting Items

Although you probably do much of your work in Outlook, occasionally you might want to move data into Outlook from other programs or export data from Outlook to another program. Outlook makes it easy to import and export items. This section focuses on how to import and export items to and from PST files.

Import Items into Outlook

1. Choose Import And Export from the File menu to open the Import And Export Wizard.

2. Select Import From Another Program Or File.

3. Click Next.

4. Select Personal Folder File.

5. Click Next.
