Printing Calendars

Outlook makes it easy to print your calendars. You can print your appointment calendar, such as your daily or weekly appointments, meetings, and events. Or you can print an individual calendar item, such as a meeting item.

Print your Appointment Calendar

1. Click the Calendar icon on the Navigation Pane.

2. Choose Print from the File menu.

3. Choose a calendar view in the Print Style area.

4. Click OK.
