Finding a Contact
Outlook makes it easy to find contacts. You can search for them using the Find tool, you can use the Find A Contact box, or simply scroll through the list of your contacts. With Outlook you don’t even have to know the complete name of the person you are looking for, because searching for part of a name brings up any name that matches that string.
Scroll Through the Contacts Folder
Click the Contacts folder icon on the Navigation Pane.
