Using the Team Workspace

A perfect companion to Document Manager, the Team Workspace gives you an easy way to keep your team in touch. By posting announcements for the group, assigning tasks, setting up meetings, and adding links and notes, you can make sure everyone in your group has access to the same information.

Click Business Applications in the left navigation bar and choose Team Workspace. The Team Workspace window appears, as shown in Figure 10-9. As you can see, the page offers a number of different information items. Here’s a quick introduction to the tabs that appear by default:
