Sharing InfoPath Forms

In this section, we will briefly consider how to share InfoPath forms rather than publish InfoPath form templates.

Saving to a Shared Folder

A very basic (and somewhat limited) way to share an InfoPath form is to save it to a shared folder. Doing so allows others on your network to access the form.

Saving to a shared folder might provide very simple workflows, but it is likely to be suitable only in very small departments. For example, only those on the same network will have access to the form template.
