Troubleshooting Communication and Data Transmission Problems
You might not experience any difficulty with the mechanisms that Groove uses to route communications such as instant messages and workspace invitations and keep the data in a workspace synchronized. Communication issues might arise, however, if you have a problem connecting to a Groove relay server. Most communication issues can be observed by opening the Communications Manager window by clicking Communications Manager on the Launchbar Options menu. After the window opens, you can perform the following actions:
Set Groove to work offline, and then set it to work online again.
View your network settings.
Pause and resume all communications.
