Setting Alerts for Workspaces
Groove applies the settings that you specify on the Alerts tab of the Preferences dialog box to alert you of unread data in the workspaces for which you are a member. For example, you can choose to set your alert level to Medium in the Preferences dialog box and be notified of unread data with an icon only and not see a pop-up alert. Then, for a workspace that is particularly active—a workspace that might need your attention as soon as data is added or changed—you can set the alert level for that workspace to High so that alerts pop up to notify you of changes and activity.
