Deleting Contacts

There may be times that it would be appropriate to delete a contact from your contacts list. An example of this would be if a colleague leaves the company or moves to another department where you’re not likely to work together on projects. In an instance such as this, it would be better to delete the contact instead of using the Contact Manager to hide the contact.

After you delete a contact, the contact no longer appears on the Contacts tab. But if you ever need to add that contact again, the contact’s information is stored in the Contact Manager.
