Setting Online Presence Preferences
On the Contacts tab of the Launchbar, presence indicators show you the current status of your contacts. The indicators are colored circles and can have smaller icons on top of them to indicate additional information about the contact. The main indicators are as follows:
A light-green indicator with two concentric circles indicates a workspace member who is in the workspace.
One dark-green circle indicates a contact who is online but isn’t in the workspace.
A yellow clock by itself indicates a contact who is online, not in the workspace, and hasn’t done anything on his or her computer in the last 15 minutes.
A pale-red circle indicates a contact who is not online.
