Rick Jewell
Rick Jewell has been involved in technology and technical customer support since 1995. Some of his past employers include "start-ups" as well as established Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was involved in the Microsoft Office 2007 Beta project and created training materials for Microsoft Office Groove 2007. Rick lives on the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children.
