Laying Out Web Pages with Frames

When you first start creating Web sites, most of your pages will probably be static, which means that the content will be part of each individual page. After you have a pretty good understanding of how to build pages, you will begin to explore more complex page layout techniques, and the question then becomes how to convert all the static pages you have already created to take advantage of the new capabilities of your pages.
