Acknowledgments

There is an old joke where a guy is beating himself on the head with a hammer. When asked why, he says "because it feels so good when I stop." We all can relate to this at times on book projects like this one, but when we get around to writing these acknowledgments, the beatings have subsided and the good feelings are already flowing. However, the hammer was soft and merciful during this particular project, due in large part to the efforts of a great team. Without them, we’d be lucky to publish a blog.
