Protecting Worksheets from Changes

When you create a worksheet that contains sensitive data or data you don’t want changed by anyone other than yourself, you can protect the worksheet from unauthorized changes. From within the Protect Sheet dialog box, you can choose the actions you want to allow all users to be able to perform on the worksheet. The options selected by default will allow anyone to select a cell but will prevent them from deleting rows or columns, changing any formatting, or editing scenarios attached to the worksheet.
