Creating a Menu to Hold Macros

As with toolbars, you can create custom menus to hold your macros. To create a custom menu, you open the Customize dialog box to the Commands page and then, in the Categories list, click New Menu. The New Menu option appears in the Commands list.

To add the new menu to an existing menu bar or toolbar, you drag the New Menu command from the Customize dialog box to the desired spot.

Note

When your menu is over a place where it can be dropped, the indicator at the lower right of your mouse pointer changes to a plus sign.
