Defining Multiple Alternative Data Sets

One great feature of Excel scenarios is that you’re not limited to creating one alternative data set—you can create as many as you like and switch among them at will with the Scenario Manager. To change from one scenario to another in the Scenario Manager, click the name of the scenario to which you want to change and then click the Show button. The values you defined as part of that scenario will appear in your worksheet, and Excel will update any calculations involving the changed cells.
