Working with More Than One Set of Data

An important part of managing your Excel data effectively is organizing it into workbooks by subject. For example, you can create a workbook to track sales for the new year or add a worksheet to a products workbook to maintain records of a new product category. When you store your data in more than one workbook, you need a way to work with multiple workbooks simultaneously. You can open more than one workbook at a time by accessing the Open dialog box multiple times, but you can also open more than one file from the Open dialog box at once.
