Summary
Office Communications Server 2007 R2 offers several Enterprise Voice applications that provide additional important functionality to support the telephony needs of an enterprise. This chapter covered in detail two of these Enterprise Voice applications: Response Group Service and Conferencing Attendant. These applications seamlessly integrate into the Office Communications Server Enterprise Voice infrastructure without additional hardware or software cost because they run on the same servers as the Standard Edition Servers and Enterprise pools.
